People find ways to harmonise themselves from the daily struggle whether in religion, relics, myths and legends, humanity is always seeking ways to simply...escape. Today, as i rolled, roll after roll of sushi, i found my harmony! ahah Sushi is serious business, yet the accomplishment felt when you find a perfectly moulded roll staring back at you is truly satisfying! At the start of 2009 my inspiration sparked, scoring a job at a local Japanese restaurant, Wasabi. Sushi and Japanese cusine has since fueled my stomach and curiousity into the craftmanship of Japanese food. well i'd thought i'd let you in on my peaceful little hobbie hehe, ciao!
